Bodiam, Bruce Scott
Died suddenly on Saturday January 6, 2024 at his home at the age of 74. Bruce of Collingwood, formerly of Toronto, cherished father of Taeya (Robert Barrett), much loved grandfather of Daniel. Dear brother of Brian (Lorene) and Kevin (Melinda) and fun loving uncle of Blake, Ryan (Melissa), Justin and Shawn (Courtney),grand uncle to Rdyer and Ethan. Bruce is predeceased by his parents Donald and Helen Bodiam. Throughout his career, Bruce spent over 35 years with Air Canada, retiring as Ramp Lead with the ground crew. His profession enabled and fueled his passion for travel. He has seen and skied much of the world and the most challenging peaks. He also had a passion for botany and was an avid gardener happy to take the time to chat with anyone. This kind, giving and generous man, who often gave to people in need, will be dearly missed. His family will announce a Celebration in the spring where he will be interred at Stayner Union Cemetery with his parents.
