Passed away on December 21, 2023 at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital – Collingwood in his 82 year.
William of Wasaga Beach, Beloved Husband of Anne Barr (nee Woolmer) for over 62 years. Loving father of Alan (Rae-Ann) Barr and David (Debbie) Barr. Cherished grandfather of Ethan (Devyn), Mitch and Alex Barr. Caring brother of Margaret (Evan Clark) and their children Paul (Kayla) Clark and Mike (Roxanne) Clark. William will also be missed by the friends he’s made over his lifetime. Forever missed but never forgotten.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Carruthers and Davidson Funeral Home - Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West. Cremation has taken place. As per William’s wishes a private family event will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in William’s memory.
