Anyone who received a notice from the town’s water department to run a tap to avoid frozen pipes can turn the tap off now. The Town of Collingwood issued a notice on its website yesterday saying the frozen services watch had ended.
Those who received a notice from the town to run a tap will have their water bills adjusted to compensate for running a tap to avoid frozen services.
