VIDEO: 'You can't have health without mental health'

Noah Irvine has written hundreds of letters to politicians, advocating for Canadians struggling with mental illness and addictions. Read his book, and you'll understand why

Noah Irvine's childhood was anything but typical. He lost his mother to suicide when he was five, and his father to a drug overdose when he was 15.

Amazingly, the Guelph resident turned his personal tragedies into a mission for change (with a little help from Village Media).

His book — Learning to Live: From the Loss of My Parents to Mental Health Advocate — is a powerful call to action for every Canadian, especially politicians who have the power to make a real difference.

Irvine was a recent guest on Inside the Villagea weekly news and current affairs podcast produced by Village Media. You can watch the full podcast HERE.
