Going out for dinner? Proof of vaccination is no longer a requirement.
Today, Ontario has further eased the public health restrictions put in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. Masking requirements are still in place right now.
Businesses can also now operate at full capacity.
In a tweet this morning, Premier Doug Ford said removing the vaccine passport is at the advice of Ontario chief medical officer of health Dr. Kieran Moore.
While proof of vaccination is no longer required by the province, businesses may still choose to require it.
Good morning, Ontario! Because of all the progress we’ve made, businesses are now at full capacity. At the advice of Dr. Moore, proof of vaccination is no longer required but some businesses may choose to continue to ask for it. We’ve come so far. Please be kind, safe & cautious.
