Festivals & Events Ontario (FEO) recognized two of Clearview Township’s 2023 signature events as Top 100 Festivals and Events in Ontario at their IMAGINE Conference awards gala on Feb. 28 in Niagara Falls.

The Small Halls Festival series and Trail Tunes, a joint event with the towns of Collingwood and Wasaga Beach, were named Top 100 Award winners.

Mayor Measures is proud to see the accomplishments of the Clearview community recognized on the provincial stage.

“Thanks to the continued efforts of our volunteers and community partners, the Small Halls Festival has been recognized six times by FEO. Quite an accomplishment,” he stated. “It’s wonderful to see the regional collaboration behind Trail Tunes recognized as well. We are fortunate to live in such a wonderful community-oriented municipality.”

Community culture and tourism co-ordinator Amanda Murray is proud of the success that can be achieved when communities work together.

“Having Trail Tunes recognized as a top 100 festival for the first time acknowledges the strong collaboration with our regional partners, including Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and Cycle Simcoe,” she stated. “And, to see recognition again for the Small Halls Festival really speaks to the invaluable contributions from so many community partners and volunteers in Clearview Township.”
