Agnora will be holding its annual Pre-Loved Fashion Sale for Good on Saturday, April 20 and, this year, is upping the ante by matching the funds raised at the sale, up to $15,000 for the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH) Foundation.

The highly-anticipated sale, which historically sees long line ups well in advance of 9 a.m., will feature clothing from a variety of different brands such as Zara, Coach, Aritzia, Kate Spade, Lululemon, and more!

“We are beyond thrilled to be matching funds this year,” says Sherri Remnant, Agnora event organizer, “This is an event that not only helps our community by supporting our hospital, it also helps recycle clothing, and goes on to provide clothing for those in need.”

Last year the Agnora team surpassed their $10,000 goal and raised over $12,000 for the CGMH Foundation!

Funds raised from this event will impact internal medicine, breast care screenings and diagnosis, advanced resuscitation, and better, faster results from our laboratory; all in the name of better patient outcomes for South Georgian Bay.

After the clothing sale, unsold items will go to other great causes such as My Friend’s House, Barbara Weider House, local clothing swaps, or kept for next year’s sale.

“We are so grateful for Agnora’s generosity and extraordinary efforts in putting on this event,” says Alison Smith, director of communications for the CGMH Foundation. “The success of this event is a direct result of the team’s enthusiasm and dedication to supporting better healthcare here in South Georgian Bay.”

Agnora also relies on the generosity of Bishop Consignment, who promotes the sustainability of fashion through curated, consignment clothing.

The sale will take place at Agnora, located at 200 Mountain Road, Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m. to noon.
