No support spared for anti-bullying campaign

This year, the local anti-bullying club is using the symbol of the bowling pin because of how it stands up and how the pins stand together

Collingwood marked Pink Shirt Day today, Feb. 22, with a flag raising by members of council and the community.

Pink Shirt Day is an anti-bullying campaign marked nationally. In Collingwood, anti-bullying advocate Trevor Henson and the anti-bullying group have made this year's theme the bowling pin, which stands up and which stands together.

There's a window at town hall decorated with pink bowling pins, restored and re-painted by Henson.

A Pink Shirt Day flag will be flying this week at the community flag pole at the Collingwood Public Library.
