HOSPICE GEORGIAN TRIANGLE

The challenges brought by the coronavirus have required Hospice Georgian Triangle to re-imagine how to best support our community in this unprecedented time of need.
This includes the need for larger space to grow the free, small group and one-on-one counselling services provided to patients, caregivers, grieving and bereaved individuals and families from Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and Clearview Township. It also means beginning in 2021, new support services for children and youth and a Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Clinic. These Community Support programs will soon be able to call 186 Hurontario St., unit 3 in Collingwood, “home”.
To celebrate the end of 2020 and the beginning of this new home, the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation is inviting you to 'Share the spirit of Home' this year.
Watch your mailbox this week or go online to find the Holiday House colouring page. Download the page and print it at home, decorate the Holiday House, add your name or the name of someone you love, and 'Share the Spirit of Home' by mailing it back to us at 240 Erie St., Collingwood, ON, L9Y 0X8.
All the Holiday Houses received will be displayed in the window of the new Community Support home at 186 Hurontario St. Beginning Dec. 1, take a walk by the window at 186 Hurontario St. to find your House! And don’t forget to drive by Campbell House at 240 Erie St. in Collingwood to see the palliative care home beautifully lit for the holidays by the wonderful team at The Landmark Group!
We cannot gather together this year, but together we can provide needed palliative care for clients, patients and families being cared for by Hospice Georgian Triangle, both within Campbell House and in our community.
