Greens grab trash on roadway

Those adopt-a-road signs come with clean-up duties

Simcoe-Grey Greens did some tidying up of local roads earlier this month. 
 
On Saturday, May 11, Greens gathered for a spring cleanup of Highway 91 from Fairground Road east. 
 
Marty Bruce, a member of the Simcoe-Grey Greens executive said the group noticed fewer beer cans and bottles, but plenty of coffee cups, water bottles, and pop cans/bottles.
