Essential worker of the day: Cathie Butson

Penny Baker would like to say thanks to her daughter, Cathie Butson, who has worked as a personal support worker (PSW) for 20 years.

"She's scared for herself and her family ...  She keeps on going because she loves her job and the residents in her care."
