Wrestling Night in Collingwood is back for its 11th year.
The annual wrestling card slams its way into the Collingwood Curling Club on June 1 in support of the local chapter of the Special Olympics.
Funds raised support local athletes through the payment of fees, purchase of uniforms and other expenses. Bell time is 7 p.m.
The card is headlined by a double main event. Scotty The Body, the Canadian Heavyweight Champion, defends his title in a 2-on-1 crybaby match against Daddy Davis and Asher Benjamin.
The loser of the match must wear a diaper.
A trio of Canadian superstars from Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling, which is broadcast nationally on AXS TV in the United States and The Fight Network in Canada, will headline the second portion of the double main event.
Eric Young, Cody Deaner and Crazzy Steve will look to thwart the challenge of the Deadly Venoms, Tornado, Anthony Darko and Jake O’Reilly.
Tickets are $25 for ringside and $20 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased at Gabriele Photography in Collingwood or rocksolidwrestling.tickit.ca.
