Soldiers from Base Transport, CFB Borden, will be conducting driver training through a road move from CFB Borden to Owen Sound and Hanover on June 1, 2023 between the hours of approximately 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Vehicles may be seen along ON-26, ON-89, Grey County Rd 3, Bruce Road 10, and Grey County Road 4.
CFB Borden Base Transport regularly conducts driver training among its members. The conduct of these exercises allows members to practise and hone their skills as they prepare for a variety of situations, whether it be while they are at home or deployed abroad.
At no time will this training pose a risk to local population or infrastructure; rigorous road and vehicle safety standards will be strictly observed.
