Say no to building the cultural centre and theatre downtown. Parking is already at a premium. If you take another parking lot away from downtown, it would be totally chaotic.

For example, the library should never have been built in its present location. The idea behind a public library has always been free parking.

When a new building is built it is supposed to have a certain number of parking spaces according to the square footage of the building. This was ignored by the town when constructing the library.

I think people have to get over the idea of being able to walk everywhere. There is a public transportation system running around town with near-empty buses.

Find a location for the theatre that does not congest the downtown area.
