South Bay Fields is a lavender farm situated in the village of Nottawa, just on the outskirts of Collingwood.  The family owned operation dedicates several of its 18 acres to growing Lavender, Wildflowers and Sunflowers, keeping the remaining acreage planted with wheat, soybeans or other field crops which provide a rural backdrop to the picturesque purple rows.  It's not just the field that keeps this farm family busy; they are passionate about top quality, all-natural products. The lavender is transformed into the goods that they create right on the farm, and the small batch products are carefully curated by hand with love.
