Ian moved to The Blue Mountains in 2016. He studied Business at Dalhousie University and Interior Design at Sheridan College. Upon graduation he worked as an agent with DTZ Barnicke Toronto in the office leasing department, with a focus on tenant representation. The commercial sector helped to build his research and negotiating skills. Transitioning to the residential side with the Forest Hill brand has allowed Ian to bring a unique skill set to his clients.

Having grown up in Simcoe County, Ian, along with his wife and two children, moved back to the area to enjoy many of the unique outdoor activities. An avid golfer and skier, Ian can often be found outside, enjoying the beautiful Blue Mountains area with his family.
