Residents and business owners in Collingwood and the surrounding area are advised that the Town of Collingwood is proceeding with upgrades and repairs to the Collingwood water tower.
The project will include the following works:
The Town has tendered and awarded the contract to Landmark Municipal Services ULC. They are scheduled to mobilize to the site on Monday, April 15th, 2024 and finalize work by the end of May 2024.
Please note that this schedule is subject to change, based on several factors including inclement weather and unforeseen conditions. Ainley Group and the Town of Collingwood will endeavor to keep residents aware of schedule changes, should they arise.
A construction compound will be set up in the vicinity of the water tower temporarily impacting the easterly portion of the adjacent parking lot. The contractor is required to conduct work in a safe manner, including the installation of construction fencing and providing safety equipment on the construction site. We ask that you take extra caution in this area during the construction period to ensure your safety.
