Sobeys has confirmed two Thornbury Foodland employees have tested positive for COVID-19, neither one of them has been at the store for more than a week.

According to Sobeys' website, the first case was reported on Dec. 9 and the employee had last worked on Dec. 4. The next case was reported Dec. 11 and the employee had last worked Dec. 7.

The Grey Bruce Health Unit receives report of all positive tests in the region and will contact all those who are high-risk close contacts.

You can get a COVID-19 test if you have been notified by the health unit of high-risk exposure, or if you receive an exposure notification through the COVID-19 app.

If you experience even one symptom of COVID-19, you can book a COVID-19 test at your local assessment centre. You should also isolate yourself if you have symptoms of illness and use the Ontario Ministry of Health Self-Assessment tool
