Kim Frank would like to recognize five women - Nellie Teekins, Kim Haines, Julie McDonald, Jazzmin Scott, and Sara Denbok from Independent Living Services of Simcoe County and Area.
"These dedicated workers give up 12 hours minimum each day in order to provide community care within Simcoe County," said Frank. "These heroes prevent our hospitals and long-term care facilities from overcrowding by offering personal care in client's homes.
