Sweetie

I'm Sweetie, and as my name suggests, I am the SWEETEST little dog you've ever come across in your whole entire life. Seriously, it's true!

I'm great with people and love nothing more than to snuggle up to you and lay my beautiful, wrinkly little face on your lap. Plus, I've got the whole 'puppy dog eyes' thing down to a fine art. There's no way you'll be able to resist giving me a big kiss on the head.

Oh gosh, and I love other dogs too! If you have a dog at home who is looking for a very low-key companion, I might be just the girl for the job.

That being said, if you're looking for a great playmate or walking buddy for a doggie sibling, I may not be the right choice and let me tell you why...

I have some pretty severe mobility issues which I know, is a little sad for a cute young girl like me. Because I can't walk very well, I'm content hanging out in a cozy bed or in the sunshine in a nice backyard.

I'm just looking for a soft place to land, with a family who understands my situation and my needs.

Not to brag, but everyone who meets me falls completely in love with me right away. I'm just a very special girl looking for a very special home.

Please come over to the shelter and speak with our Dog Adoption Counselors about me. They are open from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m., every single day of the week and would be happy to introduce you to me. I can't wait to meet you and look forward to starting my new life with my new family soon!
