ADOPT ME: Amba is a big, playful boy

Whoever adopts this active dog should help him continue to learn new skills

CollingwoodToday, in partnership with the Georgian Triangle Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.
Meet Amba, the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS) pet of the week.

Amba is a big, handsome, mixed-breed dog, and he is looking for a new home. He is a very active, friendly, and playful dog who loves to roll over to ask for belly rubs. Since being at the GTHS, he has been learning basic commands, and it would be wonderful if his new family could continue to help him learn new skills.

When it comes to going on walks, Amba’s leash skills need a bit of improvement as he tends to pull on his leash. He can be a bit picky when it comes to meeting dog friends because new dogs can be a little scary for him. Slow introductions are important. However, the GTHS feels if he can be your only pet, it would be best for him.
