The Town of The Blue Mountains is seeking applications, in the form of letters of interest, from members of the public for appointment to a number of town committees and boards.
The committee appointment runs concurrent with the term of council, being 2022 - 2026. Committees with spots to fill include:
- agricultural advisory committee (7)
- economic advisory committee (6)
- grants and donations (3)
- committee of adjustment (1)
Terms of reference for each committee are available on the town's website here.
Applicants are encouraged to include background information and any special qualifications or interest related to a particular committee. Applicants may apply for more than one committee and are asked to submit separate applications for each committee. All members of such committees shall be qualified electors within the Town of The Blue Mountains.
All applications should be submitted no later than Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 1 p.m.
