What percentage of THC should beginners start with?
According to Chelsea, “There are many factors to consider when choosing a strain, but if you find that indica strains consistently deliver a positive experience, then by all means, stick to what you know.”
She suggests beginners start with a low THC percentage and slowly experiment with different levels of THC and CBD in order to find a level that is enjoyable and comfortable for them. What do indica, sativa and hybrid mean?
Indica, sativa and hybrid are different strains of cannabis that contain different levels of cannabinoids and terpenes. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that are found in plants and fruit.

Hybrid strains are bred from a combination of indica and sativa plants. They contain balanced levels of THC and CBD. “Hybrids tend to be a good choice for novice consumers seeking an introduction to cannabis’ signature high,” says Chelsea.
