DUFFERIN COUNTY OPP

(Town of Mono, ON) - Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Caledon Fire Services and Dufferin County EMS attended a collision on Airport Road south of 5 Sideroad just before 4:30 p.m. June 4.
A motorcycle, with a lone rider, was travelling northbound when it left the roadway.
A 60-year-old male from Wasaga Beach was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Traffic Collision Investigation (TCI) unit is currently on scene and Airport Road between 5 Sideroad and Hockley Road remains closed.
