Police seek assistance identifying suspect in vacuum theft

The Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a shoplift that took place at a local store and looking for assistance in identifying the involved male.

The theft took place on Oct. 22, 2018, at approximately 4:10 p.m., where a male stole two Dyson Vacuums at a store on Balsam Street in Collingwood. The male then got into a silver pickup truck with a female driving the vehicle.

The male is described as 5'5" tall with short brown hair with a thin mustache.
