Police search for witness in Collingwood/TBM for cold-case investigation

Detectives from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a possible witness in an ongoing criminal investigation pertaining to incidents that date back from 1982 to 1983. 

Police wish to speak with Steve Montgomery (current age is estimated between 70 and 80 years old). Police believe that in the early 1980s, Mr. Montgomery may have resided in the area of Thornbury/Meaford. During this time, Mr. Montgomery worked at Hincks Farm as a carpenter/woodworker. He also constructed custom interiors for sailboats and may have sold custom wood pieces in the area. 

Attached is a photo of Mr. Montgomery from 1983 and an aged sketch of what Mr. Montgomery may look like today.
