Provincial police are appealing to members of the public who may have information or dash-cam footage that could assist in their investigation of a deadly crash last month in Springwater Township.
Huronia West OPP officers and emergency crews responded to the head-on crash around 3:40 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 28, on County Road 90, west of Townline.
As a result of the three-vehicle collision, two of the drivers were transported to hospitals by Ornge air ambulance for medical attention.
On Sept. 3, one of the drivers succumbed to their injuries as a result of the collision.
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in this investigation. Anyone with information or anyone who may have dash-cam video from County Road 90 west of Townline between the hours of 3:20 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
