THE BLUE MOUNTAINS - Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating the theft of a pickup truck from Thornbury and are asking for the public's assistance in locating the vehicle.

The theft took place sometime overnight from Aug. 14 to Aug. 15, 2019, where a vehicle was stolen from a residence on Cameron Street in Thornbury.

Vehicle is described as a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, silver in color with a white cap on the back of the pickup. The vehicle has an Ontario plate of 4306KC and a broken driver's side mirror.
