SPRINGWATER TWP. — Huronia West OPP has closed a portion of County Road 27 north of Barrie to investigate a collision involving a snowmobile and a tractor-trailer.
Police say the snowmobile operator suffered serious injuries in the morning crash.
The incident happened between Tiny/Flos Townline and Flos Road 11, north of Elmvale.
It's unclear how long the road will remain closed, but police are asking people to avoid the area.
