One dead, two injured in downtown Toronto shooting

Toronto police say one man is dead and two others are injured after a shooting Saturday night in the downtown area.

Police say a shots fired call in the city's Regent Park neighbourhood came in just before 9 p.m.

Responding officers found three victims, including 27-year-old Thane Murray, who died at the scene.

A 29-year-old sustained life-threatening injuries and is now listed in stable condition, while another 27-year-old suffered injuries that were serious but not life-threatening.

Police say they're looking for four suspects who were wearing dark clothes and masks that concealed their faces.

The Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation and is looking to talk to potential witnesses.
