It is with deep sadness that we share that our beloved Peter unexpectedly passed on July 21 2022.
Peter leaves behind his beautiful wife Sherry, his soul mate and love of his life. He was a loving father to Sarah and Colin (Hannah), step-father to Alyssa (Nicholas), devoted and caring grandpa to Rowan, Caelan, Madeleine, Aurora, and Declan. Pre-deceased by his parents, Robert and Rita, and his sister Rosemary. Brother to Bob, Madeleine, Larry, Cathy, Paul, Michael, Margaret, and Chris, and uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Peter's presence will be wholeheartedly missed by Marnie, mother of his children, his many close friends and extended family.
Special mention to Father Bill Scanlon who was such a significant part of Peter's life. Many thanks to the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital staff, Royal Victoria Hospital CCU staff, and paramedics for their relentless efforts and actions.
The family received friends at the Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood.
