SINGH, Henry

With sadness, we share the passing of Henry Singh, age 65. Henry was born on March 20, 1955 as the youngest child to Champawati Singh in Rosignol, a small village located in Berbice, Guyana. He immigrated to Canada in 1973 and lived in the Toronto area before moving to Wasaga Beach in 1994 where he thoroughly enjoyed the rest of his living years. He worked at Apotex in Richmond Hill for 23 years prior to his passing on January 6, 2021.
Henry is survived by his wife, Cheryl and their son Michael. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, their families and many close friends. He will be remembered for his calm demeanor, easy-going nature, sense of humor and love of sports.
A private funeral will be held in Collingwood. You may join us to celebrate his life by livestream on Thursday January 14th at 11:00 a.m. Burial services will be arranged for Spring 2021. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation or the charity of your choice.
