Passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 8, 2019 at the Collingwood Nursing Home at the age of 79 years. Joyce, beloved wife of the late Glenn, will be deeply missed by her daughters Debbie Dehmer (the late Horst) and Brenda Scotney (Tim Thompson), grandchildren Glenda (Dave), Robyn, Cody (Kendra) and Morgan (Lesley) and her 8 great grandchildren. Joyce was born in Sudbury to parents Cecil and Elsie Ferguson, she is predeceased by her brother Murray and will be remembered by her siblings Doreen (the late Dave), Donna (Walter), Howard (Lesley) and Ruby (Herb) and her many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday January 13, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel. Funeral service will take place in the chapel at 1 p.m. on Monday January 14, 2019. Spring interment at First Presbyterian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Georgian Triangle Humane Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
