JERRY, Doreen Claudette (nee England)

Passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Archie Jerry (2007). Loving mother of Daniel Jerry (Pat), Marlene Emery (the late Ed) and Robert Jerry (Amy). Grandmother of Jodi (Matt), Cassandra (Andrew), Nicole (Drew), Bradley, Daniel, Douglas (Lynne), Jamie-Lynn (Adam), Jennifer (Jeff), Wesley (Amanda) and Jessica (Andrew). She will also be missed by her 14 great grandchildren. Loving sister of Mary Ellen England and Mary Louise Chasse. Doreen will also be remembered by her nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Predeceased by her parents Claude England and Delores (nee Segouin) and brother Raymond England.

Doreen and Archie farmed for many years on their cow / calf operation in Osprey Township while raising their young family. Doreen enjoyed crochet, making crafts, tending to her flower gardens and spending time with her family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Doreen’s life will be held at Trinity United Church, 140 Maple Street, Collingwood on Saturday July 23, 2022 at 2p.m.with visitation beginning at 12:30p.m.  A Rebekah Memorial Service will be held at 1:30p.m.  A reception will follow the service.
