It is with great sadness that the family of Helene announce her passing away on Thursday January 27, 2022, in Collingwood, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Mark Mullins. Loving sister to the late Therese Cardinal, Gaston Filiatrault, Laurette Deptuck, Evelyn Sabourin, Madeleine Doucette, Gerald Filiatrault, Rheo Filiatrault and Patricia Avery. She was an adoring aunt to her many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. Helene led a life that was full every day. She was an enthusiastic sports woman who loved everything from skiing, golf, cycling, hiking and tennis. Helene was an accomplished painter and writer and loved to travel. She loved cats and was an avid environmentalist. The family would like to thank Dr. Arthur and all the Drs. and Nurses at Collingwood Hospital and a very special thank you to the staff at Campbell House Hospice for taking such special care of her during her last few days. And the family would also like to give a huge thank you to her caregiver and friend Janice DiRocco of Collingwood who had made her last few years so memorable and fun. In lieu of flowers the family would like you to consider giving a donation to Campbell House Hospice.  A   Mass of  Christian burial will be held at Paroisse Notré Dame-De Lourdes  Roman Catholic Church 619 ON-64 French River on Saturday July 23, 2022 at 1:00pm with Burial to follow at 1:45pm.
