Kathleen passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday July 28, 2021 at the Collingwood Nursing Home at the age of 92. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Ernie Emerson. She will be deeply missed by her son John (Wendy) Redman, daughter Faye (the late Tom) Schleifer, grandchildren Sean, Jason (Jen), Marcus (Terrance), Jennifer (Scott) and Lauren (Raymond) and great grandchildren Isaak, Emilia, Emma, Hannah, Eloise and Myra. Kay was born in Collingwood to parents Harry and Margaret Redman. She is survived by her brothers Alec (the late Verona) and Jimmy (Sandra); predeceased by brothers Jack (Rosa), Jerry (Betty), Eric, Billy (Peggy), Bobby and sister Ethel (Bruce). Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Westmount Baptist Cemetery.
