Died peacefully on Thursday November 26, 2020 at The Parkwood Palliative Care Unit, London at the age of 87. Lorna, formerly of Toronto, Buckhorn and Wasaga Beach, beloved wife of the late Reginald (1993). Loving mother of Brian (Jo-Ann), Kitty (Rick Gray) and Karen (Paul Johnson). Cherished grandmother of Brent, Ryan, Brandon, Dan, Chris, Jennifer, Lisa, Tyler, Kyle, Jeff, Cody and Tom and their families consisting of eleven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Bob (Marie) Van Luven and Helen (the late Bob Holmes). She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews and her neighbours and friends. Lorna doted upon her family and loved to entertain them whenever she could. She cottaged at Wasaga Beach her entire lifetime, loved to travel whether it by motor home or traveling abroad and enjoyed listening to music, reading and watching her large collection of DVDs. She will be remembered for her generosity, sense of humour and positive spirit. Her family will gather for a private interment service at the Stayner Union Cemetery. If desired, a donation to the Alzheimer’s Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by her family.
