Died peacefully on Sunday October 31, 2021 at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood at the age of 100. Keith, is predeceased by his beloved wife of over 68 years, Shirley by 43 days. Loving father of Paul (Janet), David (Pamela), Earl (Karan), Nancy Brett and Elinor (Ken Rye). Cherished grandfather of Diane (Chris), Allison (Lucas), David Jr. (Teara), Matthew (Samantha), Alex, Miami, Cameron (Hailey), Amanda (Clancy) and Kirstyn (Cody) and great grandfather of Brayden, Nathan, Aubrey, Anna, Alexis and Jamie. Keith was a gentle man who was quiet in nature. He had a deep commitment to his family. Keith had a long career at Canadian Tire. His passion was as a collector of Ford vehicles including his prized 1956 Custom Line which he purchased new and is still a family heirloom. His family wish to thank Dr. Bryan Recoskie for his care and compassion, the staff and residents at Blue Mountain Manor for their years of care and friendship and everyone at Campbell House for making Keith’s last days comfortable. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Friday November 5, 2021 from 10 a.m. for the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 o’clock.
