BLACKBURN, Valerie

Valerie Margaret Blackburn passed peacefully with loved ones by her side at the Collingwood General & Marine hospital on Saturday, March 16^th, 2019 at the age of 59. Valerie will be deeply missed by her soulmate and husband, Greg Blackburn and sons, Stephen (Amber) and Phil (Nichole Leslie) and grandchildren, Kiera, Mason and Jack. Born to the late Donald and Velma Cunliffe on December 23, 1959 Valerie was raised in Stayner alongside her brothers, the late Donny and Larry (Joanne) and will be remembered by her eldest brother, Bryan Cunliffe and sister-in-law, Cathy of Wasaga Beach. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Collingwood Legion (490 Ontario St, Collingwood) on Sunday, May 5^th from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. with memories shared at 2:30 p.m.
