Sharon Black
Of Collingwood, passed away at Campbell House Hospice on Tuesday December 15, 2020 in her 75th year.  Loving wife of Al Black for 47 years.  Born in Collingwood on June 28, 1946 to Thomas Bristow and Edith Scudder.  Survived by her brother Ernie Bristow (Brenda Head) and sister Shirley Taylor (William Young)  and sister-in-law Elizabeth Bristow.  Sharon was predeceased by her parents, brothers Edgar Bristow and Don Bristow.   Sharon will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews.
Enjoying an early retirement from Bell Canada, Sharon and Al travelled many destinations throughout the world.  In her spare time, she volunteered at the Collingwood hospital and also  put her talents to work, taking up a hobby of wood carving and painting.  A love for nature and the outdoors, Sharon enjoyed hiking and snow shoeing.  A private family service will be held at Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood.  Interment at Trinity United Cemetery, Collingwood.  Remembrances of Sharon may be made to Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House would be appreciated by her family.
