Died peacefully on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the Bay Haven Senior Care Community - Collingwood in her 77th year. Lynda of Wasaga Beach, beloved wife of Fred Benson for over 55 years. Loving mother of Jennifer (Terry) Horner and Tricia (Steve) Scott. Cherished grandmother of Adam (Cass) Horner, Andrew (Taylor) Horner, Samantha Scott, Jackson Scott and proud great grandmother of Harper Horner. Lynda will also be missed by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends. Lynda will never be forgotten. Arrangements entrusted to Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. We would like to thank the staff at Bay Haven Extended Care Collingwood for the kindness and care of Mary “Lynda” in her final days.
