BABECKAS, Agota (nee Dumcius)

Died peacefully on Friday April 17, 2020 at the Stayner Care Centre at the age of 101.  Agota of Stayner, beloved wife of the late Petras (1988).  Loving mother of Vitas. Cherished grandmother of Melanie and Angel (Jeremy)Vollick and great grandmother of Blaze, Jaxson and Shasta.  Agota is survived by her sister Aldona Jurgaitis and predeceased by six other siblings.  She will be remembered by her numerous nieces and nephews and her former daughter-in-law Diane.  Agota lead a long, full life.  She was a kind woman with a wonderful sense of humour.  Family gathered for a Graveside ceremony at St. John’s  Lithuanian Cemetery, Mississauga on Monday April 20, 2020.  A Memorial Mass will be held at the Good Shepherd Lithuanian Church in Wasaga Beach at a later date.
