But Orillia's David Brian takes that to whole other level. The amateur weather watcher talked to OrilliaMatters reporter Tyler Evans about the warmer than usual winter, to date, the lack of snow we experienced in early January.
Brain also gives insight into what inspired him to become a weather watcher and provided a long term prediction for what locals can expect going into February and March.
