Do you have burning questions for the local candidates in the upcoming provincial election?

With the start of the official campaign period set to start May 4, CollingwoodToday wants to hear from you!

Once the writ drops, we'll have local coverage of the election through candidate profiles, issue-based stories, debate coverage, and more.

Let us know what questions you have for candidates or issues you'd like to see covered. We'll use the local concerns in our coverage of the campaign.

Election day is June 2.

This will be the first time in decades that the election race will not include incumbent MPP Jim Wilson who ran for the PCs in the riding, but is now an independent. He is not running again.

In Simcoe-Grey (including Collingwood), the confirmed candidates are Brian Saunderson for the PCs, Allan Kuhn for the Green Party, Ted Crysler for the Liberal Party, and the NDP in the riding have not yet announced the name of their candidate. Cam Ecclestone is running for the Consensus Ontario party.
