The 20th anniversary of Silver Stick Collingwood wrapped up Sunday with two Collingwood teams claiming titles and spots in the international finals at Pelham in January.

The Collingwood PeeWee AE 3 Blackhawks were the first to win a title Sunday with a 5-2 win over Mitchell. The Collingwood Blackhawks Local League 1 team jumped out to a five-goal lead after two periods to coast to the title over Dorchester Dragons.

The Collingwood AE3 Blackhawks atoms made it to the finals but were edged 2-1 by St. Mary’s Rock. A shoot out was needed to crown a champ.

The other final saw Tweed Double St. Marys 4-2, breaking a 2-2 with only two minutes left in the third period, then adding an empty net goal for the title.

The winners all advance to the North American finals Jan. 10 to 13 in Pelham.
