Experience the incredible musical talent of artists all under the age of 17 as they take over Sunset Point’s outdoor stage at 35 St. Lawrence St. in Collingwood. Don’t miss out on this epic night of free live music, on Saturday, May 27 starting at 6:30 p.m.

The lineup of performers from across southern Ontario includes:

  • Charlie Taylor Gillespie
  • Kendall Lily
  • Magenta
  • Reed Johnson
  • Georgia Massicotte
  • Carter Leynes
  • Jude Leynes
  • Emilia Redman
  • Lola Eden

Sunset Sessions is also a great opportunity to support your local community pantry, Project Butterfly. Bring a donation of shelf-stable food and/or personal hygiene products. The Collingwood Youth Centre will be there to collect your generous donations.

“Collingwood’s Live and Original Music Initiative aims to create opportunities for musicians to connect, collaborate, and cultivate their craft. There are a lot of talented young musicians in our region producing original work and places to perform in front of a live audience can be limited. Sunset Sessions provides a valuable performance opportunity,” shares Collingwood’s manager of culture and events, Karen Cubitt.

“This concert is also another chance for residents and visitors to explore the newly redesigned Sunset Point Park including the outdoor stage, just one of the exciting new features.”

Whether you’re a teen or just young at heart, Sunset Sessions is the place to be on May 27. Bring friends and family to rock out at Sunset Point.

Sunset Sessions is proudly presented by the Town of Collingwood in partnership with the Collingwood Youth Centre, with special thanks to Paige Warner of the Summerfolk Owen Sound Youth Discoveries Program.

Paid parking will be in effect for visitors. Waterfront parking is free for residents who register in advance for their permit. Learn more: www.collingwood.ca/waterfront-parking.
