WASAGA BEACH - The third annual Seniors Information and Active Living Expo will take place on Wednesday, June 19.
The expo will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wasaga Beach RecPlex, 1724 Mosley St. Presented by the town’s Age-Friendly Community Advisory Committee, the expo will feature more than 60 exhibitors.
Seniors are welcome to drop into the RecPlex at any time during the expo and browse the informative exhibits.
Starting at 12:30 p.m., the Senior of the Year Award will be presented to a deserving individual. The Senior of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding senior who, after the age of 65, has enriched the social, cultural, or civic life of the community.
Admission to the expo is free.
During the day there will be door prizes as well as light refreshments.
