Collingwood Local League 2 Blackhawks won the Bantam division of the Silver Stick Collingwood Regional Qualifier this past weekend.
Collingwood topped Lindsay 5-1 to earn a spot in the International Silver Stick finals in Pelham in January.
The other winners from the weekend were: Mitchell beating Wingham 2-1 for the Atom title, and Beeton blanking
Shelburne 4-0 to win the peewee division.
The action continues this weekend with the Silver Stick Collingwood A/E qualifier. Games start Friday morning at Central Park and Eddie Bush arenas in Collingwood and at the Beaver Valley Community Centre in Thornbury.
