You'll want to avoid part of Third Street next week.
The street will be closed from Pine to Maple Street starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 9 and it isn't expected to reopen until 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 12. According to the Town of Collingwood Facebook page the road will be closed for storm drain hookups and new water and sewer hook ups.
High Street is currently closed from Campbell Street to Poplar Sideroad, but according to the town website, the road will reopen Oct. 5 at 5 p.m. Crews are currently finishing the paving work following the installation of sewers and watermain.
