Sept. 12, 2018 marks the 25th anniversary of the G&M Hospital Golf Classic at the beautiful and challenging Mad River Golf Club. Golfers and supporters will enjoy a great day alongside event Title Sponsor, C.C. Tatham & Associates Ltd. (CCTA), celebrating 30 years of business in this community.

Over the past 25 years the G&M Golf Classic has generated over $1,250,000 and helped to fund a wide range of state-of-the-art medical equipment for the G&M Hospital including diagnostic imaging equipment, surgical instruments, and patient record systems.

CCTA, a Canadian, employee-owned consulting civil engineering firm founded in 1988, has played an important part in supporting the tournament since 2000 and became title sponsor of the Golf Classic in 2011.

Headquartered in Collingwood, with branch offices in Bracebridge, Barrie, Orillia and Ottawa, CCTA has a solid team of over 125 employees dedicated to supporting the communities in which they live and work. Rex Meadley, President and Chief Engineer of C.C. Tatham & Associates Ltd. noted that the company is a strong believer in giving back to the community.

“We take great pride in our philanthropic endeavours,” said Meadley. “We are proud to support the Collingwood G&M Hospital to ensure they have the equipment they need to care for our employees, their families, and friends.”
